Rules and Regulations
In accordance with article 58 of the law of 7th May 1999 on gambling, all persons are forbidden from granting gamblers or punters with any type of loan or credit, or from signing a material or financial agreement with them in order to pay off a stake or loss.
Article 60 of the law of 7th May 1999 on gambling forbids establishments from offering customers meals, drinks or gifts free of charge or at a lower price than the retail price of comparable goods and services.
Moreover, using credit cards to play is strictly forbidden.
Article 61 of the same law requires that leaflets be made available to the general public, containing information about gambling addiction, with a helpline number and the addresses of social workers. These leaflets are available from the Gambling Commission secretariat.
All of the machines in our establishments have been approved by the Gambling Commission.
Only people over the age of 21 are allowed into our establishments; appropriate clothing must be worn.
All of our games rooms are equipped with video surveillance cameras and safes with time-out devices (they can only be accessed during opening times), for your safety.
